Welcome New MUSD 2025 Teachers!

Marana Unified School District Welcomes New Teachers for the 2025–2026 School Year!
Last week, Marana Unified School District (MUSD) marked an exciting beginning as we kicked off the first day of New Teacher Induction for the 2025–2026 school year. This multi-day event is designed to welcome and prepare our newest educators by immersing them in the values, vision, and expectations of MUSD.
Throughout the induction, teachers will explore the district’s curriculum, instructional strategies, school culture, and the power of Professional Learning Communities (PLCs). It's an opportunity for our new staff to build connections, learn best practices, and step confidently into their classrooms this fall.
Dr. Dan Streeter, along with MUSD senior leadership, Governing Board members, Directors, and district staff, extended a heartfelt welcome to our new teachers. Their presence underscored the strong sense of community and support that defines MUSD.
We also extend our sincere gratitude to Amanda Wiggins from the Marana Chamber of Commerce and Mayor Jon Post for joining us today. Their support reflects the incredible partnership between our schools and the wider Marana community.
Welcome to the MUSD family—we’re thrilled to have you on board!
