Marana Schools: AZ PBIS Model Schools!
Rattlesnake Ridge Elementary and MCAT High School were awarded the PBIS AZ Model School Award. This award identifies schools that exemplify best practices in the implementation of Positive Behavioral Intervention and Support (PBIS). To be considered a “Model School” these schools were required to earn a Level 4 award and pass an on-site evaluation made by two AZPBIS judges. Congratulations to RRE and MCAT on being recognized as AZ PBIS Model Schools!
Seven MUSD schools were recognized for their commitment to implementing PBIS:

- DeGrazia Elementary – Level 4 Award
- Dove Mountain CSTEM K-8 – Level 4 Award
- Quail Run Elementary – Level 4 Award
- Twin Peaks K-8 – Level 4 Award
- Roadrunner Elementary – Level 3 Award
