Community Food Bank of Southern AZ: Student Art Contest!

Community Food Bank of Southern AZ: Student Art Contest!
Community Food Bank - Student Artwork

Every year, the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona enlists the help of elementary school kids across the community to create artwork for their Kids Calendar. The contest gives teachers and families an opportunity to engage students in conversations about hunger and health, and gives kids a chance to have their artwork featured in homes across Southern Arizona!

Call for Artwork - Submit by Sept. 24! You can also view a PDF of last year’s calendar here.

  • Artwork should be focused around hunger, healthy eating, or helping others in our community
  • Use 8.5″ x 11″ white paper in a horizontal (landscape) orientation
  • Use colored pencils, markers, crayons, or paint—the more colorful, the better!
  • Include the child’s full name, age, school, and a mailing address on the back of the picture (please do not include names on the picture itself)
  • DEADLINE IS SEPT. 24
