Health Office

Every student must have an up-to-date immunization on file from a documented source, or a signed exemption on the basis of medical or personal belief. To learn about student immunization requirements, and our Health Services Department, please visit the Health & Wellness Section of our Website or refer to the Health Services section in the Student/Parent handbook for additional tips and guidelines.

Please remember, the Health Office DOES NOT provide any medication; however we are able to administer medication from the original container if a signed release form is on file in the health office.
